We guarantee that all our jewelry items are crafted in accordance with the specified purity standards (e.g., 22KT, 18KT gold). All gold ornaments are BIS Hallmarked, and diamonds are accompanied by IGI/GIA certificates. While we endeavor to display product dimensions, weights, and colors accurately, slight handcrafted differences may occur.

2. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you agree to pay the specified price, including any making charges, stones charges, and GST. We accept secure payments via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Netbanking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock unavailability.

3. Pricing Policy

Our prices are tied to the market rate of precious metals (gold, platinum, silver). The final price is calculated based on the weight of the metal at the time of order confirmation, plus making charges and applicable taxes.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We provide free insured shipping for all domestic orders within India. Delivery timelines typically range from 5 to 7 business days. A recipient signature and identity proof are required at the time of delivery to ensure maximum security.
