Refund & Exchange Policy

At Harsh Jewellers, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent returns and exchange policy.

1. 15-Day Return & Exchange Period

We provide a 15-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. If you wish to return or exchange any product, it must be returned in its original unused condition, with all tags intact, along with the original invoice and purity certificate.

2. Items Eligible for Return

Standard gold and diamond jewelry listed on our website are eligible for return. Customized jewelry, bespoke designs crafted to order, and personalized engraved pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an inherent manufacturing defect.

3. Refund Process

Upon receiving the returned item, our Quality Assurance team will verify its weight, purity, and condition. Once approved, the refund will be credited directly to your bank account or card within 7 to 10 working days. For COD orders, we will request bank account details for online transfer.

4. Return Shipping Charges

We offer complimentary pick-ups for returns and exchanges within India. We will arrange a secure, insured pick-up through our logistics partners at no extra cost to you.

5. Lifetime Buyback Policy

We offer a lifetime buyback and exchange guarantee on our products. You can exchange your old Harsh Jewellers ornaments at any of our outlets. Gold buyback will be valued at 100% of the current market value of gold weight, while diamonds will be valued at 90% of their current market rate, subject to quality check.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, but you can utilize our standard 15-day return policy once the parcel is delivered.
